My Oppo A91 phone's warranty just ran out a few weeks ago. My primary gripe concerns the spectral images that occasionally appear on the screen. Example: after playing a game, I close the app but the background image from the game stays on my screen. In other words, the screen displays two images simultaneously and in a convoluted fashion. My other gripe is that the screen appears to be poorly assembled, and it looks like it might come off any second. Due to the lack of a valid warranty, the customer is being asked to pay for the cost of repairs. Because these are clearly faulty components, I expect a free fix.
