Oppo Reno4 Lite Screen Issue: Stuck Visual Background After Warranty Expired

The screen of my Oppo reno 4 lite phone October 2 months after the warranty period ended, the background image remained as it appears in the attachment.  It sucked that the problem happened right after the warranty ended. It made me even more disappointed and annoyed. There's this annoying visual background that just won't go away, so annoying when you spend money on a company's products and they totally let you down. It's like, seriously, I thought they were better than that. Oppo devices are like, not as good as other brands I learned that now, there's a big difference and it just makes the gap even more obvious. You see, my screen got all busted up, and I was wondering if they could maybe hook me up with a replacement? I hope I hear back from you soon with some good news and a plan to fix this problem.
