I Can’t Use Top Screen Touch on My Oppo A91 After It Started Glitching
I’ve been using the Oppo A91, and lately, it’s been acting up in ways that seriously affect daily use. At first, the phone randomly started opening apps on its own—without me touching anything. It was like the phone had a mind of its own. Thinking it was a temporary glitch, I turned the device off and left it powered down for about an hour. When I turned it back on, that particular issue seemed to stop.
However, a new problem appeared right after: the touch screen on the top part of the display stopped responding entirely. No matter how many times I tap or swipe, the touch doesn't register in that area. It's extremely frustrating, especially when I need to pull down the notification bar or use apps that rely on input in that zone.
This kind of issue is unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to offer reliability. I’d like a clear explanation for why this is happening and whether it’s a hardware fault or a software bug. I’m expecting a prompt and helpful response from Oppo, and if necessary, I request a free repair or device replacement to fix this issue. Please take responsibility and provide a solution without delay.
