Annoying Flickering Lines on the Oppo A15 Display

My Oppo A15 phone's display is giving me a headache. Thin and thick white and blue lines appear and disappear vertically on the screen. This issue has persisted since I purchased the phone, and I'm sick of it. I'd like to have it resolved as soon as possible. I'd like to emphasize that the phone has not been dropped or exposed to any liquids, so this is not a physical problem.
