Omix X7 Sound Problems, No Sound, Echo


Hello Xolvie by Sikayetvar, we have a problem with the Sefaköy Armoni Park branch's tech department. We've been consistent customers, always purchasing our televisions and phones from there. However, this time, we bought an Omix x700 with 128 Gigabytes, 8-core, and 8 GB RAM phone. After using it for just 2-3 days, the phone started acting up on its own. It would randomly touch other parts of the screen, like switching to different parts of a YouTube video or typing messages without any input. We returned the phone, requesting an exchange. They took the product, and for about one and a half months, almost two, we called them to check on its status. What happened? Where's the device? My wife suffered because she was using it, and we have two kids who go to school and rely on the phone. Finally, we got the exchange, and we opened the new product in a sealed box. Yet, within a few days of use, the same issues resurfaced. My wife isn't even using it anymore. We tried to engage in video calls, and the front camera just doesn't work. Sometimes it opens, showing purple lines on the screen, and then it closes again. This happens not only on WhatsApp but also on regular camera apps and video calls. There's a malfunction with the front camera, and we've taken it back to Teknosa. We don't want to get it repaired; we want a refund or a Teknosa gift voucher. We don't want the product, and we don't want to use the Omix brand. We're making this complaint against Omix because we don't want to wait for another one or two months. We're suffering, and we need a working phone. Our financial situation isn't great, and I work as a taxi driver. Thank you, and I appreciate anyone who helps.
