I Complain About Omix Brand And KVK Authorized Service

I have a serious complaint about the Omix brand and the KVK authorized service. I sent my Omix X0 device, which was still new, to the authorized service center because it had several issues: it wouldn’t turn on, the screen went blank, and it was freezing. I reported these problems to the service officials, who then contacted me and quoted a repair fee of 5,768 ₺. They claimed the device wasn’t under warranty and had come into contact with liquid, which I found hard to believe. Adding to my frustration, because the repair could not be completed within 21 business days, a replacement was supposed to be issued. However, they manipulated the dates and didn’t provide the replacement phone, despite their policy stating that a replacement would be given if the repair exceeded 10 days. They even suggested that it might be more cost-effective to buy a new phone for 6,000 ₺, as if they were mocking the situation. I sent the device to KVK, who initially said that a refund would be processed because Omix didn’t cover the part. Later, Omix reversed their decision and agreed to cover the part, but when I called KVK to find out which part would be replaced and what the issue was, they said I would only see the details in the report when the phone was returned to me. This whole process has been incredibly frustrating, with the phone being out of commission for two months. I deeply regret purchasing an Omix device and am thoroughly dissatisfied with both the Omix brand and KVK authorized service.

You called me and said you would talk to KVK and get back to me, but there has been no response. When I call KVK, they say they are waiting for news from Omix, scold me, and hang up the phone. I can't understand this kind of business approach. The phone I sent on June 28 still hasn't arrived as of August 5, and no one has called or inquired...

After a long period, they addressed my grievance by replacing my X600 device with a new X6 and sending it to me. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Hazal at the Omix headquarters for their attention and care. However, I am also experiencing network issues with this device. The internet does not connect, calls drop after 4-5 minutes, and the sound cuts off during conversations. I believe they will provide a solution for this as soon as possible. Thank you.

The phone that arrived was said to have network issues, so I was told to send it in for an update and testing. I sent it, but they removed the tempered glass, and now there is air inside, causing problems with the fingerprint sensor. The screen flickers randomly, and they've completely ruined the phone. I had mentioned that it only had a network issue and was shutting off during calls, but I don't know why they opened the phone. They said to send it in for testing, but they've messed it up completely. Thanks a lot.
