Union Bank UPI Issue ₹500 Deducted via PhonePe but Not Received

I attempted to make a UPI payment of ₹500 to a contact through PhonePe on 19/12/2025 using my Union Bank of India account, linked with the UPI ID yeasminabegumbegu***@naviaxis. The amount of ₹500 was debited from my bank account, but the transaction was declined on the Parimatch side, and the payment did not go through properly. Despite the amount being deducted, my contact did not receive the money, and the transaction is shown as declined on Parimatch. I have tried to get support, but so far, I have not received any clear response regarding the status of this transaction. I request that the bank and PhonePe urgently verify this transaction, confirm the payment status from the bank side, and ensure that my ₹500 is either correctly credited or immediately reversed back to my Union Bank of India account. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred so that it does not repeat in the future.
