iPhone 17 Pro Max Camera Defect - New Device Replacement Request

On September 19, 2025, I purchased an Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max from the Teknosa store in Antalya Özdilek. Although the device has never been dropped, hit, or exposed to any liquid, about a week after purchase, I began experiencing a camera issue where the 0.5X mode started shaking and showing a purple tint. The issue has been ongoing. First, an authorized Apple service center in Antalya performed a software update, but the problem persisted. Then, through Teknosa, my device was sent to the Başarı Technical Service in İzmir. On the service form, I clearly stated that my device was only 15 days old, that I did not want it repaired, and that I requested a one-to-one replacement. However, the service center reported that they detected a camera malfunction but could not conduct a detailed inspection because I did not authorize them to open the device, and they sent it back to me. Since this is a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, I request a full replacement of my 15-day-old device instead of a repair. My invoice number is th655488. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
