I booked a Virgin Australia flight from Cairns to Sydney for 24/12/2025 via Kiwi.com on 17/12/2025, and by mistake, I entered the wrong email address during the booking process. My Kiwi booking number is 713136303, and I am currently in Australia. Because of the wrong email address, I have not received my booking confirmation or ticket details, and I cannot access or manage my booking properly. I urgently need to correct my email address to l.ralton**@icloud.com so that I can receive all travel information and documents for this flight. I have tried to contact Kiwi through the mobile app and by phone, but none of the contact methods have worked, and I have not been able to reach any customer service representative.
