Omix X7 Sound Problems, No Sound, Echo
I bought an Omix X7 mobile phone from the Teknosa branch at Kütahya Sera Mall. Today, when we were setting it up, we ran into some sound issues. There were issues with the sound during the conversation, either it didn't reach the other person, sounded unclear, or had too much echo. Our brand-new phone was unable to successfully complete our initial call. After looking into the matter on Xolvie, I discovered that I was not the only one facing this problem. I strongly disapprove of Teknosa for selling such a product and the salesperson who aggressively promoted it to us. I have decided that I will not be making any more purchases from Teknosa. Regarding the Omix X7 phone, there seems to be an issue with the voice transmission and an excessive echo. It's a completely new phone, seriously. Seems like it's on its way to getting fixed. Let's find out if Omix Turkey provides good customer service.
Let me answer before customer service does; The SIM card was changed, but the issue of no sound continued. The SIM card was inserted into the other slot, and the issue persisted. It seems there is a problem with the internal microphone, and if you are in close proximity to the phone you are calling, a loud echo sound is heard.

First of all, even though my complaint has not been resolved yet, I would like to thank Şikayetvar and Omix officials. The fact that they persistently called me within less than 24 hours after I wrote my complaint in anger on Sunday night shows that they stand behind the products they produce and sell. My wife answered the phone, and we were pleased with the polite and solution-oriented approach of the gentleman on the line. They asked us to ship the phone by providing a tracking number. My first task tomorrow will be to send the package. I will share the progress here again. Thank you once again.
On 26.03.2024, I shipped the phone with all the box contents and wrapped in cardboard using the tracking number they provided. On 27.03.2024, I received an SMS notification that the phone was received by Omix. Waiting to see the developments...
They stated in the SMS sent on 28.03.2024 that they had shipped my phone. We will update the developments when it arrives. Is it a new device? Or did they open a new device and repair it? We will find out...
