Double Charge for Novakid Package and Inadequate Support

I purchased the Novakid Standard Package but later attempted to switch to the Premium package as the teachers assigned did not meet our expectations. However, the system did not process the upgrade correctly. Instead of transitioning my membership, it added an additional six-month Standard Package, resulting in two separate charges on my card.

I urgently request the cancellation of the Standard Package and a full refund for the duplicate payment. The customer service system is highly inefficient, with no clear way to reach a representative for assistance.

The "manage membership" section should accurately reflect user changes in real-time. I did not intend to create a new membership but simply to modify the existing one. Please resolve this issue immediately by canceling the Standard Package and issuing a refund.
