I Can’t Cancel My Novakid Membership and Keep Getting Charged Automatically

I signed up for Novakid to support my son’s English learning journey, but unfortunately, he didn’t enjoy either the group classes or the one-on-one sessions. He couldn’t connect with the platform and quickly lost interest. Naturally, I decided to cancel our membership before the next billing cycle—but that’s where the real problem began.

There is no clear cancellation option, no reachable customer support, and no assigned representative I can contact. Despite my attempts to stop the subscription, the system continues to charge me automatically without my consent. I feel completely stuck and ignored, as there is no one responding to my requests to end this membership.

I demand Novakid provide an accessible and transparent way to cancel memberships and stop automatic charges immediately. This lack of communication and control over my own account is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue now and confirm my cancellation without further delay.
