I signed up for Novakid to support my son’s English learning journey, but unfortunately, he didn’t enjoy either the group classes or the one-on-one sessions. He couldn’t connect with the platform and quickly lost interest. Naturally, I decided to cancel our membership before the next billing cycle—but that’s where the real problem began.
There is no clear cancellation option, no reachable customer support, and no assigned representative I can contact. Despite my attempts to stop the subscription, the system continues to charge me automatically without my consent.
