Novakid Changed Teachers and Schedule Without Permission, Requesting Refund

I purchased a 48-hour lesson package from Novakid, and everything was planned out in advance. We completed two lessons, but then I noticed that all scheduled times and teachers were arbitrarily changed without any consultation. How is it acceptable to make such changes without informing the customer?

Additionally, lessons are being ended early, leaving us dissatisfied. After one class, my child’s motivation was completely crushed because the teacher gave a low rating. This is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Novakid’s approach has negatively impacted the learning experience, and I am requesting a full refund. Please address this issue promptly as I am extremely dissatisfied with your service.
