I recently purchased a one-year Novakid subscription, but I will be cancelling it immediately due to an issue I encountered with their lesson credit system. While scheduling a lesson, I selected one Premium lesson to try it out. However, I later realized that two lesson credits were deducted instead of just one.
There was no prior warning that a Premium lesson would be charged 1.67 times the standard rate. Instead of charging the price difference, they unethically took an extra lesson from my balance. The general terms mention that membership duration may vary, but they do not explicitly state that they count one lesson as two under certain conditions.
This is misleading, unfair, and unethical. I demand a refund for the lost lesson credit and an immediate cancellation of my membership!
