My Novakid Standard Package membership started on March 24, 2025. After the initial six-month period ended, the membership was renewed without my consent, and since then, $87.12 USD has been automatically charged to my account every month at the current exchange rate.
On October 9, I tried to send an email to cancel my membership, but my message could not be delivered, and I have been unable to reach Novakid through any communication channel. Additionally, I am unable to cancel my renewed subscription from within my account.
My account is registered under the email address a***********@gmail.com**. I have not received any support from Novakid’s customer service, and this situation has caused significant inconvenience.
I request to use my remaining lessons within one month and then have my membership completely canceled. I expect Novakid to take immediate action to resolve this issue and prevent further unauthorized charges.
