I placed an order for a product on nextdirect.com on Tuesday, January 17th at 16:30. Unfortunately, my order was abruptly canceled without any prior notification from the company. I immediately contacted nextdirect.com to inquire about the cancellation and requested a full refund for the order. Despite my prompt request for a refund, I have been waiting for days for the refund to be processed and I have yet to receive any update or resolution on the matter. I find this unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I believe that this issue should have been handled with more transparency and communication from nextdirect.com, and I am disappointed in the way that my issue has been handled. I kindly ask for your support in resolving this matter quickly and efficiently. I hope that this issue will be resolved soon and that I will receive my full refund as requested. If not, I will be sure to share my negative experience with others and will not be using this service again in the future.
