UPS Returned My Package Without Notice and No Delivery Updates Provided

I am extremely frustrated with UPS's service. On the scheduled delivery date, they returned my package without any notification or update on their website. No one reached out to inform me, and now my product has been returned without my consent. This lack of communication and accountability is beyond unprofessional. After researching more, it seems I’m not alone—many others have experienced similar issues with UPS. I am deeply disappointed and demand a proper resolution. UPS should take responsibility for their failure to deliver and provide clear updates. I expect to receive my product or a refund as soon as possible.
