Bershka Online Order Canceled Without Explanation, Refund Not Issued
I placed an online order with Bershka, but it was canceled without any explanation, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I tried to contact customer service, I was told I would be connected to a representative, but the call was abruptly disconnected.
It is incredibly frustrating that I cannot reach anyone for assistance, especially since my matter is urgent. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and I expect my refund to be processed immediately.
Bershka needs to address this issue promptly and ensure customers are not left without support. I will not hesitate to escalate this matter if my concerns are ignored further.
