Herbalife Order Cancellation Not Reflected, Refund Delayed

Recently, I became a Herbalife member and placed an order. However, I decided to cancel the order today. Despite this, the cancellation still does not appear in the system. Additionally, I was informed that I would need to wait 2 to 4 weeks for a refund, which I find completely unacceptable.

Refunds and cancellations should be processed promptly, not delayed for weeks. I request that my cancellation be immediately updated in the system and that the refund process be expedited.

This delay is causing unnecessary frustration. I kindly ask for your urgent assistance and prompt communication regarding this matter.
