Reaching Nespresso customer service is impossible. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, and no one picked up. I placed an online order, but I didn’t receive any confirmation email or shipping details. They charged me for the product, yet there has been no communication for three days—no messages, no emails, and my order isn’t even showing up in the app or on the website. This level of unprofessionalism from such a well-known brand is shocking. I need this resolved immediately!
