Nespresso Sent My Coffee Order to the Wrong Address and Ignored My Complaints

I placed a coffee order through the Nespresso call center on November 8, 2024. Despite providing my delivery address, my order was sent to a completely different person and address. After not receiving any notification about the delivery, I filed a complaint. The only response I received was that they would email the courier company to retrieve the order from the wrong address. However, no individual took responsibility or provided any clear explanation about the process or potential solutions. I repeatedly called the call center in an attempt to speak with someone responsible, but I couldn’t reach anyone, and no one reached out to me either. I am left with no choice but to pursue my legal rights.
