Dripping Nespresso Coffee Machine


Water leaks under my Nespresso machine. This is the third time I've faced this issue. The first time, I sent the machine in for repairs, and it stayed there for about 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, no one informed me about the problem, despite my multiple calls. I was left in the dark about what was wrong and which part was fixed. One day, the machine miraculously reappeared at my door. This scenario repeated itself one more time, and now, for the third time, I'm dealing with the same issue. I called them and, hoping that the conversation would be recorded, I told them that I couldn't bear to be without my machine for another 6 weeks. This situation is becoming increasingly unacceptable. Someone needs to reach out to me immediately. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer, and the fact that no one has contacted me is frustrating.
