I had a frustrating problem with my Nespresso online order. My order did not arrive on the promised day, despite paying an extra 100 tl for same-day delivery. When I contacted them to request a refund, they told me they couldn't because I didn't want to cancel the order; I just wanted the coffee delivered as promised. It's very discouraging that I couldn't even get the same-day delivery service I paid for. My 100 tl was squandered, and Nespresso customer service said there was nothing they could do. I feel cheated and frustrated as a result of this experience. I expected Nespresso to provide dependable service, especially after paying a premium for expedited delivery. It's disappointing to see that they couldn't keep their end of the bargain and only offered a simple refund for failing to meet their commitment.

Online order same day delivery. They stated that the order I placed on September 14th could not be delivered due to a postal code error, even though I had entered the postal code correctly. They said they corrected the error and that the order would reach me on September 16th, but it did not. Since it was the weekend, they said they couldn't do anything, and the order might reach me on September 18th.
Thank you for your gift. But the same-day delivery fiasco is still. They say that another same-day delivery order ı placed on 14.09.2023 at 09:30 a.m. will be delivered to me on 16.09.2023, but they cannot do anything because the stock room is closed. I live in the center of İstanbul!
