Since 08.05.2023, since the products I bought from the Nespresso online store are missing and defective, I expect the customer service to deal with the issue and solve it. I emailed and called multiple times. Still no response or solution. What kind of customer relationship management is this? They really don't care. The attitude of an employee in customer service is not nice at all. They never help. when will it be resolved? What are they sending my missing order, why are they returning it. What kind of working concept is this? I am not happy at all. It is not clear when they will present a solution.
