Denied Early Check-In and Unfair Treatment at My Home Resort Hotel

After a 10-hour journey, we arrived at My Home Resort Hotel around 5 AM, exhausted and just wanting to rest. However, we were not allowed inside, while a German family arriving at 2:30 AM was given a room immediately. The reception staff was unhelpful and showed no interest in finding a solution. It feels like this hotel only caters to foreign guests. To make matters worse, my child was subjected to unacceptable behavior by a German child, and the hotel management, along with the travel agency, did nothing to address the situation. I’m deeply disappointed by this unfair and indifferent treatment.
