Synthesia Ended My Subscription After a Video Rejection
I am disappointed with Synthesia's approach to handling rejected video submissions. When a video is rejected, immediately terminating a user's subscription is not the level of professionalism I expect from a business-focused AI platform.
This is not a gaming platform where users should be treated as though they have simply been "banned." A professional service should communicate clearly, explain the specific reason for its decision, and provide customers with a fair opportunity to correct any issues before taking such a significant action.
I expected a more transparent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused process. Instead, the way this situation was handled has seriously undermined my confidence in the platform. I encourage Synthesia to adopt a clearer review process, improve communication with users, and provide reasonable opportunities for appeal or correction before terminating paid accounts or subscriptions.
