DoubleTree by Hilton Refused My Request for Daily Use Despite Being a Loyal Guest

-I wanted to stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, but I was told there were no available rooms. Since my child was so upset, I asked if we could at least use the hotel for daily access. The response I received was that it was not possible because I did not already have a room. I found this very upsetting, especially because I had done daily use before at the same hotel without any issue. This time, they insisted the manager would not allow it. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, and I expected a more understanding approach given my loyalty. Instead, I felt belittled and unwelcome, even though I was ready to pay for the service.
