Turkish Airlines Flight Schedule Change Caused 17.5 Hour Delay
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the rejection of my feedback (TK-10328320) by the company, which has compelled me to write here. My family, including my wife and our 2-year-old daughter, planned a trip to a distant international destination, but we faced significant inconvenience due to schedule changes in our round-trip flights. Our outbound flight was delayed by 4.5 hours, and our return flight was delayed by a full 13 hours. Due to having a 2-year-old child, we had to pay for an additional night at the hotel; however, Turkish Airlines refused our request for reimbursement for one night's hotel fee. When we were informed about the flight schedule changes, we had already made and paid for our non-refundable hotel reservations well in advance. Therefore, we had no option to change our flight. I am requesting Turkish Airlines to address and rectify this inconvenience caused by their schedule changes.
