Hotels.com Reservation Not Honored And Review Blocked

On the evening of October 22, at 7:30 p.m., I made a reservation for Orhan Hotel through Hotels.com and arrived at the hotel around 8:00 p.m. However, the hotel staff said they couldn’t see my reservation confirmation, that there were no available rooms, and that a room would be ready in about an hour. When we returned an hour later, they said the room was still not ready and that we had to wait for another guest to check out before we could move in. When I made the reservation, the system showed five available rooms, yet there were none upon arrival. During this time, part of our group was placed in a very small room that was likely a staff room, and we were only able to move into the other room around 10:30 p.m. We were not satisfied with either Hotels.com or Orhan Hotel. After all the inconvenience, I tried to share my experience as a review on Hotels.com, but my comment was never published. This makes me believe that negative reviews are deliberately filtered out, preventing users from accessing honest information about hotels. I want my experience as a customer to be shared with others. My reservation number is 72067407864959.
