PlayStation Account Stolen With 200 Games Inside

PlayStation Account Stolen With 200 Games Inside
June 27 5:09 PM

On May 11th, a virus infected my computer and my PlayStation account was stolen. Following this attack, the passwords to multiple accounts — including my PlayStation account — were changed, and I lost access to all of them.
The stolen PlayStation account contains over 200 games I purchased over the years, trophies I earned through countless hours of effort, and memories that hold enormous personal value to me. I have spent a significant amount of money on this account over the years, and my entire digital library has vanished in an instant.
After this happened, I tried to reach PlayStation Support through both live chat and email, but I have yet to receive any response that actually resolves my problem. I am fully prepared to provide any and all information needed to verify that I am the legitimate owner of the account.
My only request is that the necessary investigation be carried out to return my stolen PlayStation account to me, that access be restored, and that my support requests be taken seriously. I am asking for this situation to be resolved as quickly as possible.
