Trip.com Booking Issue: Hotel Refused My Child and Denied Refund

I booked a room through Trip.com at Antique Roma Hotel, but when we arrived late at night, the hotel shockingly refused to accept my child. We were left stranded with no alternative accommodations, completely helpless and frustrated. The lack of communication from both the hotel and Trip.com regarding this policy is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, despite this ordeal, neither the hotel nor Trip.com has refunded the payment. The site failed to warn me that children wouldn’t be allowed, which is critical information for any booking. I demand an immediate refund for this stressful and unacceptable experience. Trip.com must take responsibility for ensuring hotels properly communicate their policies to customers.
