AJet Refused to Check Us In on Time Despite Arriving Early with My Family

I arrived at Ankara Esenboğa Airport at 7:04 AM and made my way to the check-in counter, which took about four minutes because of the crowd. I arrived on time, yet I found myself stranded with my baby and wife. The staff did nothing to assist us and simply stared at us without offering any solution. They were unwilling to make any adjustments or help us out, insisting there was nothing they could do. It seemed like they intentionally turned us away, probably because all the tickets were already gone. AJet has not offered any resolution or support, which has left us feeling helpless in an already stressful situation. I anticipated a higher level of service and responsibility from them.
