Dear Mercedes Turkey Customer Support, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the online ordering system recently implemented on your official website for vehicle sales transactions. I encountered several issues while attempting to place an order, and I sincerely hope that you can address these problems promptly. Since the launch of the online ordering system on May 15, I have been closely monitoring the website in order to secure a vehicle purchase. However, starting from 14:00 on May 16, I noticed significant flaws in the order system. Vehicles were intermittently displayed on the site within specific time periods and were constantly being updated using a seemingly unpredictable algorithm. As a result, I found myself constantly refreshing the page, investing considerable time and effort, without achieving any success. To maximize my chances of placing an order, I resorted to refreshing the page every 15 minutes, at least twice per second, regardless of time zone differences and personal obligations. Despite meticulously executing these operations within seconds, as soon as I received confirmation that a vehicle was available, I immediately proceeded to view its details and clicked on the "Reserve" button. However, the website consistently responded with a delay of several seconds, ultimately resulting in an error message stating that an error had occurred. Despite my relentless attempts throughout the day, I was unable to successfully place an order. I must emphasize that this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has consumed an entire day of my time. It is disheartening to witness the current system, which is intended to facilitate vehicle acquisition and secure a place in line, falling significantly short of reasonable expectations. I firmly believe that there are better alternatives available to transform the current stock-based display into a standard e-commerce system. To substantiate my claims, I have recorded my interactions with the website using both mobile and laptop devices, providing evidence of the challenges I faced during this ordeal. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify the issues within the online ordering system. It is my sincere hope that you will improve the system's functionality and user experience, ensuring a fair and efficient process for all customers.
