Mercedes Benz Doesn't Refund Online Reservation Fee!

I had reserved a car on the Mercedes Benz online site but cancelled it right after. The cancellation email had been sent to me on 16.10.2023. The 200000 TL fee deposited as the reservation fee for this canceled order has still not been refunded. Even though I registered with customer service 4 times, I could not get any results. When we canceled this vehicle, your dealer Has Otomotiv clearly stated that the refund would be made within 30 days at most. Moreover, in my conversations with customer services, I confirmed from the staff that the same period is valid. It has now been 50 days since the car reservation was canceled and I still have not received an explanation. I would like to point out that we currently have a C Series Estate car with license plate number 35 A** 8** at home and that the person you are currently causing this trouble to is a Mercedes customer. I would like to request that the problem be resolved as soon as possible and would like to state that this incident has deeply shaken the trust we have in Mercedes. Semih A****
