Mercedes EQB 250 Climate Control Noise Issue

I own a Mercedes-Benz EQB 250, which I purchased in December 2024. During the 2025–2026 winter season, I began experiencing an abnormal noise coming from the front hood area when the climate control system is activated. I first noticed this issue about four months ago, and it has continued without any improvement.

The noise resembles a broken belt or even a tractor engine, and it becomes significantly more noticeable when the fan speed is increased. This issue seriously affects the comfort of the vehicle and makes it unpleasant to use the climate control system, which is a basic feature that should function properly in a vehicle of this class.

Due to this issue, I took my vehicle to the authorized service center, Istanbul Mengerler Davutpaşa, where an official record of the problem was created. After inspection, I was informed that this is a known issue, that similar complaints have been reported in other vehicles, and that the matter has been escalated to headquarters. However, I was also told that there is currently no technical solution and that, instead of repairing it, I should avoid using the climate control system at high fan speeds.

Being advised to limit the use of such a fundamental feature is not consistent with the quality, comfort, and usability standards I expect from a Mercedes-Benz vehicle at this price level. I do not find it acceptable that a known issue remains unresolved and that users are asked to adjust their normal usage instead of being provided with a proper fix.

In this context, I request a detailed technical investigation and a permanent solution to eliminate this abnormal noise issue in my vehicle. I also request clear information on whether this is a known or widespread problem for this model. If the issue cannot be properly resolved, I expect an appropriate remedy within my legal rights, including, if necessary, replacement of the vehicle.
