Mercedes-Benz Doesn't Refund The Deposit

Although Mercedes-Benz said that it would refund the deposit within 30 days at the latest before the order (I was clearly informed about this and had it repeated), it has not refunded the deposit for about 2 months. In the refund of my Mercedes-Benz EQB 250+ order, which was canceled on October 19, 2023 as a result of reasons beyond my control, Mengerler Bursa, 444 62 44 number and the applications I made by e-mail were returned and the money was said to be deposited, but the refund has not been realized. As far as I have seen on social media, I am not the only victim. It seems that Mercedes-Benz Turkey has turned this into a source of profit. I would like to express my admiration for their commercial acumen and wish them continued success. You are destroying your brand image and reputation for 200 thousand ₺. My only request is that you write a simple "Dear Customer, We would be happy to assist you in all matters you may need regarding our products and services.
