Mercedes-Benz Complaint Regarding Vehicle Delivery Delay

Dear Sir/Madam, In early April, I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz Turkey, which was scheduled to be delivered on May 15th. However, today is June 5th, and I still have not received any information about my vehicle. When I contact my dealership, they are unable to provide any details, and when I call customer service, they simply say that my dealership will be informed. Additionally, when I reached out to the head office, I was told that a precise delivery date cannot be provided. This situation has caused great frustration and dissatisfaction. In addition to the delay in vehicle delivery, the attitude and behavior of the customer service representatives have been unacceptable. They speak as if they are giving the car away for free, with an arrogant attitude. I have been a Mercedes customer for 20 years, and I have never encountered such poor management and customer service experience. Moreover, I purchased a Volvo for my spouse, and it was delivered within a week. They even presented a large bouquet of flowers and provided free ceramic coating and window tinting for the car. From a prestigious brand like Mercedes-Benz, I expected a similar level of service. Unfortunately, this delay and lack of attention have significantly inconvenienced me. I am currently forced to use a rental car, which incurs additional daily costs. It is disappointing to see that there is no effort to compensate for this delay. It feels as if the company operates with the mentality of "if not me, someone else will buy it." Therefore, I request that my grievance be addressed promptly, that clear information about the delivery of my vehicle be provided, and that the delivery be expedited. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to seek resolution through legal channels. I respectfully request that the necessary actions be taken.

The agency is just decoration, they will only deliver when the vehicle arrives; they have no information on when it will come or its current status.

To install the navigation, a password is required. The car has been in the service for 3 days, and the Mercedes technical team still hasn't sent my password. Look at this situation, what kind of brand is this Mercedes?

The vehicle is not accepting the password. Mercedes will send a USB to the service center, and we are waiting for it. It's a huge disappointment.
