I am absolutely outraged with Mercedes-Benz and their authorized service centers! My 2023 Mercedes-Benz, still under warranty, is experiencing severe vibration and shaking in first and second gears. This is a brand-new car, and it's practically undrivable.
I first went to Gülsoy Otomotiv in Florya, Istanbul. They diagnosed a software issue, updated it, and the problem actually got worse! Then, I was directed to Has Otomotiv in Avcılar, Istanbul, another Mercedes authorized service center. Here, they found a fault with the clutch pressure plate and flywheel. They supposedly "cleaned" the flywheel, but after that "repair," the car started shaking so violently in first gear that it could barely stay still, and all the vibration was transferred straight to the clutch. It was significantly worse than before.
I suggested to the service center that this was clearly a factory defect and that new parts should be installed. However, they flat-out refused, claiming it wasn't covered under warranty. My car is now practically inoperable, which clearly indicates a technical fault that should be covered by warranty. Despite two repair attempts, my vehicle has been further damaged. The technicians actually sanded down my clutch pressure plate and scratched its interior, then sprayed it with brake cleaner, causing even more damage! I warned them not to, but they ignored me, insisting they knew best and would replace it if there were problems. Now, they're denying everything.
They've caused direct damage to my car, and I am suffering both financially and emotionally. Mercedes-Benz, I demand that you fix my car immediately and compensate me for all damages! This level of incompetence and disregard for a customer's vehicle is unacceptable for a luxury brand.
