Mercedes-Benz Did Not Fix the Squeaking Noise After Brake Pad Replacement

At Mercedes Yiğitler Kayseri, all four brake discs and pads were replaced. However, despite 2.5 months passing since the replacement, the squeaking noise from the brake pads has not stopped when pressing the brake. The service has been unresponsive. Even though I called the service manager M****** A*** and sent a video of the issue via WhatsApp, I have not received any solution. Every time I reach out, I am either ignored or given vague responses that do not address the problem. I did not expect this from Mercedes Yiğitler. I assumed that an authorized Mercedes service would install original parts, but now I am beginning to doubt it. If these were truly original parts, such a persistent issue should not exist.
