I purchased a vehicle last week on Tuesday through the Mercedes Benz Turkey online sales platform under the title 'Ready for Sale.' I made a down payment of 200,000 TL. It has been a full 8 days now, and apart from the fact that the vehicle hasn't arrived, they haven't provided any information on when it will arrive either. Today, they notified me that the price I paid will be subject to an increase. I immediately exchanged currency and made the money ready to be able to receive the delivered vehicle. However, it is still uncertain when the vehicle will arrive. Until now, in this country, car dealerships used to sell cars by adding an extra amount onto the price, ranging from 200,000 to 300,000 TL, and the cars were still unavailable. We appreciated Mercedes-Benz for their approach, thinking that they would fix this situation with online sales, but now I am disappointed. Despite waiting for hours, the customer service center does not answer the phone. So, we are at a loss about what to do. It seems that we have to resort to social media or these channels to make our voice heard. My Sale Code is: TR2310007484
