My Property Is Listed on Booking.com Without My Control

I am the owner and manager of Aliff Height Apartment in Kempas, Johor, Malaysia, which I list and manage through Agoda using the email address kien****@gmail.com. Yesterday, I discovered that my property is also listed on Booking.com, but it does not appear under my Booking.com property account, and I have no access or control over this listing. This situation is very worrying for me because I do not know who is managing this listing on Booking.com, under which account it has been created, and how reservations or guest communication are being handled. I first contacted Agoda about this, but they informed me that I should contact Booking.com directly regarding the issue. I kindly request that Booking.com urgently check under which account the Aliff Height Apartment, Kempas, Johor listing is registered, and confirm whether this account is authorized by the actual owner. I also request that you either remove this unauthorized listing immediately or transfer full management rights to an account controlled by me as the rightful owner, so that I can safely manage reservations, pricing, and guest communication. Please investigate this matter as soon as possible and inform me of the result and the actions you will take, as this directly affects my property, my business, and the trust of potential guests.
