Urgent Complaint Against Mercedes Benz: Non-Delivery of Vehicle and Lack of Response
We paid for the product 10 days ago, yet the invoice has not been issued, and the delivery has not been made. Mercedes Benz has not responded at all. Two ladies at customer service are trying to help, but no one calls, no one inquires, and no one resolves the issue. We sent a notice via a notary, but there was no response to that either. There is no one in charge. The dealerships are doing their best, but Mercedes Benz Automotive is absent. There is no communication, no response. They took 3,300,000 TL of our money; I guess they are living off the interest. A friend mentioned that they close their system for 10 days every month, collect money, and earn interest overnight. A brilliant way to earn free money. I urgently want to know the status of the money I paid. I want to ask why my vehicle has not been delivered in exchange for my money. I have never seen such poor service. This is my first time buying a Mercedes, and I will never go near it again. I never thought I would have to complain about Mercedes Benz. It's clear that it is not well managed. There are serious management deficiencies. I hope to reach as many people as possible to explain how much we have been victimized. I urgently request a replacement vehicle, issuance of my invoice, and delivery of my car.
