Media Markt Isn't Sharing Info About the Undelivered Product and Its Delivery Date

The product was not delivered and no information was given about when it would be delivered. The Arzum hand mixer, which I ordered from Media Markt via N11 on August 13, 2024, was supposed to be shipped on August 20, but it fell into an approved delay, and neither N11 nor No response was received from Media Markt. My request numbered 240821-035465, which I opened to Media Markt on August 21, 2024, and my request numbered 240831-001813, which I opened on August 28, 2024, have still not been answered, even though it was promised that they would be completed within 1-3 business days. I request to be informed about the delivery of the product.
