N11 Marked My Package as Delivered but I Haven't Received It After 9 Days

I used N11 to place an order on October 4, 2024. The order number was 203696614931. Even though I hadn't received the package, I got an email telling me that it had been delivered. The courier company was called, but they couldn't give me any information about where my package was. I also called N11's customer service, but they didn't offer any help even after I explained what was going on. Though it's been 9 days, my order is still not here, but I'm still being told that I got it. I expect this problem to be fixed right away and for steps to be taken to make sure the customer is happy, such as giving them the right amount of money for the trouble this has caused.
