Media Markt Delays DJI Mini 4 Pro Refund Despite 3-Business-Day Promise
On October 28, 2024, I returned my DJI Mini 4 Pro, purchased through Media Markt’s online store, to their warehouse via Yurtiçi Kargo. I contacted Media Markt Customer Service on October 30 and was assured that the product had been received and my refund would be processed within 3 business days. However, despite this promise, the refund has not been issued.
Every day since, I’ve called customer service, only to be told each time that they are "looking into the issue." Eventually, they opened a case file, promising a callback within 24-48 hours, but the only update I received was that "the process is ongoing." No specific timeline has been provided for when my refund will actually be issued, despite my repeated requests for a concrete answer.
As of today, November 9, 2024, I am still waiting for my refund—a process that was supposed to take 3 days. Media Markt, please take immediate action to complete my refund.
