Despite contacting N11 customer relations 5-6 times, we've been repeatedly assured that the matter was conveyed to the seller and that the products would be dispatched. Yet, there's been no progress. The latest update we got is that the seller is unable to log in to the system and has requested support from N11. Frankly, I'm skeptical of this explanation.
