N11 is Definitely Not On Your Side!

The order number 209852339433, placed on February 28, 2024, from N11.com, still hasn't been shipped. We've reached out to the seller through the "Ask a Question" section, but haven't received any response. Despite contacting N11 customer relations 5-6 times, we've been repeatedly assured that the matter was conveyed to the seller and that the products would be dispatched. Yet, there's been no progress. The latest update we got is that the seller is unable to log in to the system and has requested support from N11. Frankly, I'm skeptical of this explanation. After all, there's still no update on the products we paid for 16 days ago. I regret choosing N11 over other platforms. I'm filing a complaint.
