Kenwood Blender Was Not Replaced Despite Warranty and Media Markt's Lack of Support

On 30.12.2022, I purchased a Kenwood Nutri Smoothie Blender from Media Markt. The product malfunctioned while still under warranty, and I sent it to the service center by courier on 30.10.2024. Their customer representatives informed me that the repair would be covered under warranty and had to be resolved within 21 business days. When the deadline passed without resolution, I called and was told they were waiting for a part. However, the part did not arrive even after the additional time they had promised. I then requested a replacement for the product. They contacted me and said they could not provide the same product because it was not in stock. Instead, they offered a different product at 50 percent of the original price. I declined the offer since the product I purchased is still available for sale both on their website and on Media Markt's platform, where it is listed as in stock. Despite informing them of this, they could not provide a sufficient response and still refused to replace the product. I submitted another request, stating that I would escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board if no action was taken, yet I received no response. When I contacted Media Markt again, they told me that if service approval is granted, the replacement could also be processed through a store. However, the service center has not provided this option. I have called customer service multiple times, but they have not shown any interest in my issue or responded to my complaints. After three months, the product is still with them, and there has been no resolution. I regret relying on the warranty when purchasing this item. I will pursue my rights through legal channels. I will also provide images as evidence, including one showing that the product is still being sold online and another showing the alternative product they offered, along with the price difference between them.

Kenwood did not even show the courtesy to contact me. I called again, and they said that no other solution would come out, there was nothing to be done, and if you had already filed a lawsuit, it would be concluded from there.
