Pi Network Wallet Lost 395 Pi in Unauthorized Transfer

2

I am writing to report an unauthorized transfer from my Pi Browser wallet on Pi Network and to request that this situation be urgently investigated and resolved. On 10/10/2026, I realized that a total of about 395 Pi had been transferred out of my Pi Browser wallet without my knowledge or consent. I was not notified in advance about this transfer, and I did not approve or initiate any transaction of this amount. In the transaction history, there is a sent payment of -395.6104421 Pi on that date to another wallet address that I do not recognize. Previously, my unverified mined Pi coins were migrated, but I was not clearly informed or notified about this process. I continued mining every day, not knowing that all the Pi I was earning with my time and effort had already been moved to another wallet. When such a large transfer is made, I should at least receive some kind of alert or confirmation request, otherwise it leaves users completely unprotected. This situation makes me feel that there is not enough security around the Pi wallet and that such a transfer may even have occurred due to weaknesses in Pi’s own system. I do not know how to contact any official customer support channel for Pi Network, and I could not find a clear way to reach someone responsible. There is no obvious support contact, which leaves me and others in a very vulnerable position when serious issues like unauthorized transfers happen. I request that this transaction and the related wallet activity be urgently investigated, that I be informed about how this could have happened without any notification, and that my 395 Pi be restored to my control if possible. I also ask that you strengthen security and notification mechanisms so that no more users lose their coins without their knowledge and without any support.
