I bought two identical Lufian brand off-white down jackets. I purchased them from the Doğan Çanta store about two weeks ago, paying approximately $301 for each jacket.
While I noticed that the inside of the jackets was orange and that there were orange tones mixed into the off-white color, the problem I had after the first wash has left me extremely upset. Even though I only washed the jackets once, both of them turned completely orange, and the off-white color is almost gone.
In short, the color of the down jackets fell apart after the very first wash, and the products are now unusable. I haven’t yet contacted the store or Lufian’s customer service because, in similar complaints I’ve seen, there often aren’t solutions, so I want to be careful with how I proceed.
Because of the amount of money I spent and how quickly this happened, I’m even considering legal action. What I expect from Lufian is a replacement of both down jackets without any hassle. I do not accept that the products changed color this way; I want them to be evaluated as defective products and for the necessary inspection to be done so that my jackets are replaced with new ones.
