Lufian Goose Down Jackets for Men Sheds an Excessive Amount of Feathers

I purchased two goose down jackets for men from the Lufian store at Istanbul StarCity approximately 3-4 months ago. However, one of them sheds an excessive amount of feathers. After sending it for inspection, they claimed that feather shedding is normal and did not provide the inspection report. They suggested contacting customer service. Meanwhile, the jacket, which we had obtained during a summer sale, had already spent a month in inspection. My husband has worn it less than 10 times in a span of two months. The other jacket has no issues. I demand a response regarding the jacket that consistently sheds feathers. Additionally, the store employee's communication style did not represent the brand well; it was rather unrefined. For a moment, I questioned if I was truly dealing with Lufian. I am requesting either an exchange or a refund.
